Its on/off and brightness can be adjusted without touching. It can be turned on and off with a simple hand movement. To change the brightness, hold your hand in front of the switch and remove it at the desired brightness. Its memory remembers the last state, so when you turn it on, you can start working with the last used brightness. Adjustable in 180 degrees for effective illumination of the work surface. Its surface is treated with ESD paint.
